The founder and leader is Engineer Miftah Jibril. Previously established Grand Valley Hospital, Grand Valley College, Grand Valley pharmaceutical and medical equipment import and wholesale.

GrandBirr Structure of Mudarabah

How It Works
- Customer / Capital Provider: Provides capital for the investment (e.g., Birr 100,000)
- GrandBirr / Entrepreneur: Manages and invests the fund in medical, pharmaceutical, clothing, and food sectors
- Profit Sharing Ratio (PSR): 50:50 between the Customer and GrandBirr
- Profit Example: If total profit = Birr 100,000 → Customer gets Birr 50,000 and GrandBirr gets Birr 50,000
- Loss: Any loss is borne by the Customer unless due to GrandBirr's negligence
Example
The Customer invests Birr 100,000. At the end of the investment period, the total profit is Birr 100,000. Profit is shared equally — Customer: Birr 50,000, GrandBirr: Birr 50,000.

What is Mudaraba?
Mudaraba is a profit-sharing business. We use your money to run the business and share the net profit transparently.
How much profit can I get?
We share profit 50/50. When the business makes a profit, 50% of the net profit is for you and 50% for us.
How much can I invest?
There is no minimum investment. You can invest small or large amounts.
When do I get profit?
Profit is shared when the business makes a profit. We send you your share when the business makes a profit.
What if I lose my money?
If the business fails, you get your money back. But you don't get any profit. That's why we run strong and reliable businesses.
